2007 ended nicely with an all time new one: FJ, on 17, 20 and 40m CW. In 2008 we can most likely add some more new ones from the Caribbean when the Netherlands Antilles split up.
On the short term I am looking forward to working Ducie Island, VP6DX, on a few new (low) bands.
Later this year I hope to add my ordered Elecraft K3 to the shack. Other plans include building a decent 6m beam for the coming E-skip season.
Other activities include the preparation and implementation of a much improved contest management for our Dutch PACC contest. Log submission in Cabrillo format will enable full cross-checking. This will be done by an automated software suite developed by Tibor Finta, HA1AH.
Finally I have “subscribed ” to an interesting SDR project, run by PAØWFO and group. This will keep the solder iron smoking for a while when the PCB’s are ready … !
